Formerly known as Pantai Premier Pathology, Premier Integrated Labs Sdn. Bhd. (PIL) was incorporated in July 1997 as a wholly owned subsidiary company of Pantai Holdings Berhad. PIL is a registered company (Co Reg: 199701022570 (438067-X)) in Malaysia.
